Terms of use

Bids are binding. Placing a bid is a commitment to buy at that price if you win. Bids cannot be retracted.

Approval required. Only approved bidders may bid. We may decline or remove an account at our discretion.

Sold as-is, where-is. Every vehicle is sold in its current condition with no warranty expressed or implied. Descriptions, photos and mileage are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Inspect before you bid where possible.

Payment and pickup. Winners are contacted after the auction closes. Payment is due within three business days and the vehicle must be collected within seven days unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

Auction end time. The countdown shown on each lot governs. Bids received after the clock reaches zero are not accepted.
